- Punk supergroup OFF! are now streaming their self-titled LP over at SPIN. It’s 16 songs in 16 minutes, and it’s 100% of the face melting energy that we saw on The First Four EPs. The album is available next week on Vice Records. Listen to it here.
- Leonard Cohen is coming to Seattle! November 9th, Cohen will play Key Arena in support of his newest release Old Ideas. The album is out now. Officially, it has not been announced when the tickets will go on sale yet, but judging from similar dates posted on Ticketmaster, in all likelihood, they will go on sale to the public on or before Friday, May 11.
- Soundgarden has recorded a fresh song together - the first in over ten years! “Live To Rise” will be on the Marvel Avengers’ Original Soundtrack, and an accompanying video has been released. Yes, it is half Soundgarden rocking out in an airplane hangar and half superheroes flying around and beating down bad guys, so be prepared. Watch below:
- Experimental group Black Dice has released a video for second Mr Impossible single “Rodriguez”. The video seems to curate a lot of old body-building footage into a very creepy, very Black Dice experience. Watch it below and see them when they come to the Sunset Tavern May 11.
